This recipe comes from one of my favorite TV shows. The Doctors. It is a show where there is a panel of 4 doctors and they give informative facts, advice, debunk myths, healthy life style tips, and answer questions about medicine and health. I don’t watch much tv. I just don’t have time for it. But this is one show that I do try to watch. I love Greek yogurt. All that creaminess w/o the all the fat. It is a great addition to any lifestyle. Plus the probiotics help your digestive system.


¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup frozen raspberries

Splash of organic raspberry juice

1.6 oz chopped dark chocolate

Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts


Blend the yogurt, frozen raspberries, organic raspberry juice, chopped dark chocolate. Add nuts to the top

and enjoy!
